They automate the routine
They build their own AI agents and use AI for everyday work, from drafting emails to planning. They bring that habit to the job.
AI workshops & hackathons
We meet Gen-Z talent at our AI workshops: two intensive weekend days at Impact Hub Ljubljana, where young people who have only used AI as a chat finish with a working prototype, built in a hackathon.
And at the AI hackathons we run at universities and faculties, where students take on real challenges from companies and, with AI tools and mentors, take a solution from idea to prototype.
01 — What they learn
We meet them at two levels: a workshop for young people who have so far used AI only as a chat, and an advanced weekend on AI agents for computer science and electrical engineering students and others who write code regularly.
Which AI tools exist, which one fits which job, and how to write a prompt that returns a usable result.
Emails, notes, planning, even finding cheap flights: everyday work they learn to get done faster with AI.
Assistants that carry out several steps on their own: they read what they need, call tools through connectors and check the result.
Building an app, a website or a presentation with AI tools, including for people who have never written code.
To finish, a hackathon: alone, in a pair or in a team, they take an idea or a set problem to a working prototype.
02 — What it means for you
Everyone we put forward from these programmes still passes our selection process.

Sixteen hours over a weekend, and every place goes through an application. Nobody has to be there; they choose to come.
Tell us the candidate profile, the start date and where the person should be based. Everyone we put forward has passed our selection.
