How they start from nothing
Day one has no set task and no template, only a blank page. Some people get going noticeably faster than others.
Entrepreneurship school
Pot do uspeha is an entrepreneurship school. Our edition runs for five days: participants arrive with nothing prepared, build an idea in teams of four and pitch it to a jury on the last day.
Each morning a founder or an expert teaches one part of building a company, and each afternoon the teams apply it to their own idea.
01 — What they learn
Working with AI tools as a team: they use them to design a visual identity and to build a landing page and a prototype.
Five days in a team of four, each team with its own mentor, from a blank page to a finished pitch.
Finding a problem worth solving, and testing the idea with ten responses from the target audience before they start building it.
Arguing a position at the week’s Shape Talks and pitching the idea to a jury of entrepreneurs on the last day.
The basics of a business model: how an idea makes money and what it costs to bring it to life.
02 — What five days show
Day one has no set task and no template, only a blank page. Some people get going noticeably faster than others.
Over five days the roles start to show: who keeps the work moving, who takes on what nobody claimed, and who goes quiet.
On day five the teams defend their idea in front of a jury of entrepreneurs. The deadline is real, and so is the jury’s verdict.
Tell us the candidate profile, the start date and where the person should be based. We put forward people who have already been through our selection.
