What the request form collects, and where it goes

The form has twenty-six questions in three steps. About the role: which of the fifteen candidate profiles (or someone who is just ready to learn, or the role in your own words), how many people, whether the role needs a driving licence, the working language (and which one, if it is another), the setup, where the person should be based (the Slovene regions, or the country if not Slovenia), the start, the duration and the two conditions we ask about. About your company: name, website, size, industry (in your own words, if none on the list fits) and where you are based. About you: your name, your role, your email and your phone number if you give one. Optional, at the end: how you heard about us and anything else we should know.

Your name, role and email, and your phone number if you give one, are the personal data in that list. Everything else describes a company or a job, except what you type in your own words, which may name people.

Today the form stores nothing on this website. Pressing “Send by email” prepares an email to info@globalshapers.si with your answers filled in; it reaches us only when you send it from your own mail program.

Candidates apply to us on their own form and confirm that they are between 18 and 30. How a candidate agrees to what we share with you, and how data from our programmes for under-18s is kept apart, is part of the legal review named below; until then, ask us and we will tell you what we do today.
